Clear Words Translations is currently accepting applications for a reliable, organized and hardworking individual to become a project manager with us in our Cordoba office. Experience of working in similar roles and managing translation or transcription projects is desirable, but not essential.

You must have a passion for languages, be technically savvy and good at multi-tasking. You’ll also need a strong work ethic and be willing to work in a team, as well as have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

The Project Manager position is full time with plenty of room for long term growth. Being proactive is an essential quality for this role. You must be comfortable making decisions and taking charge. You don’t crack under pressure and have strong problem solving skills.

Duties include, but are not limited to, answering client calls and emails, providing outstanding customer service, supervising project teams and liaising with vendor managers. Familiarity with Project Management software is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Clear Words Translations is currently accepting applications for experienced Vendor Managers to oversee our third-party relationships, manage freelancers and forge new business contacts.

Experience of working in similar roles is essential, ideally in the translation and localization environment. You must be a proactive person with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of one or more languages, in addition to English, is preferred. You’ll also need strong vendor relationship management skills and knowledge of key industry Software, such as Trados and other CAT tools.

You must be a people person and enjoy communicating both over-the-phone and in writing. Exceptional English grammar and punctuation is a must, as is a passion for languages and a strong work ethic. The Vendor Manager position is full time with plenty of room for long term growth.

Duties include, but are not limited to, liaising with third party vendors, finding new freelancers and creating business alliances. Management of qualified third-party translation and localization suppliers (Translators, Reviewers, DTP, Engineers, Audio Visual) to consistently meet the company’s business requirements, including budget and financial KPIs. You will also need to prequalify and vet potential vendors and support the Production team to resource short and long term projects.

We’re always looking for talented translators and editors who are fluent in two or more languages. Work when you want, as much as you want on a freelance basis, or in-house. The right candidates will be able to demonstrate experience in a particular field and show a willingness to learn different areas of translation, from literary translation, to eLearning and localization.

All translators and editors must have above-average computer skills and be aware of CAT and QA tools. We’re always interested to hear about your specialty, so if you’re qualified in medical translation, legal translation, biotech, or hold a higher degree in any specialty, please let us know! Not only should you be able to understand and clearly vocalize the translated words, but you need to be able to convey the emotion of the source language text.

So, as well as having great vocal projection skills, you’ll need to know how to act! You’ll need to be able to think on your feet, run PPC campaigns on social media, grow our following and increase our brand awareness. The right candidate will be able to create posts and share content that is relevant and interesting to our followers. You must be professional, honest and reliable, with excellent grammar and written skills in English. Experience of writing for the translation and localization industry is essential.
