What Is Talentum360?

Talentum360 is Clear Words Translations’ new Executive Business Unit and Talent Development Center. As the demand for translation and localization services increases worldwide, it becomes increasingly important for participants in this industry to have an online hub they can visit to learn new skills and improve as professionals.

In a post-pandemic world, the workplace is changing fast. More and more businesses are working online from remote locations and emerging technology is changing the shape of many existing professions. Carlos has more than 30 years of experience in the information technology industry and knowledge services, developing businesses and promoting and implementing policies from the public domain in several Latin American countries. He is an entrepreneur, founder and leader of several companies and business associations.

Carlos has also been responsible for public policies applied to technology industries in the Federal Government of Argentina, working in the position of undersecretary and advising several national and provincial administrations on knowledge industries. He has 24 international awards, being recognized as the personality of the year 2017 in Latin America in technological development and investment attraction, by Nearshore Americas, USA.

Creativity and Digital Culture in Continuing Teacher Education

Next up in our series, Fernanda Sarmento will be giving a talk on creativity and digital culture. Fernanda is an Education Specialist at Oi Futuro, Oi’s Innovation and Creativity Institute, in Brazil. She works on projects that articulate the use of technologies, creative methodologies, and new languages for the pedagogical strategies of high school students and teachers. 

Since 2012, she has been responsible for the NAVE Program (Education Advanced Center), where she works with the curricula of professional education, pedagogical practices systematization, and continuing teacher education. Be sure not to miss it by signing up to register here.

Creativity and Development in Social Immobility

Essayist, poet, author of stories for children, and Portuguese Literature Translator Santiago Kovadloff will be giving an engaging talk on creativity and development in social immobility. With an unwavering focus on continuing education, Santiago graduated in Philosophy from the University of Buenos Aires (Universidad de Buenos Aires, UBA) and holds two honorary doctorates: One from the University of Business and Social Sciences (Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales, UCES), and the other, from the University of Higher Studies in Exact Sciences (Universidad de Altos Estudios en Ciencias Exactas, U.CAECE).

He is an Honorary Professor of the Autonomous University of Madrid (Universidad Autónoma de Madrid) and a member of the Academic and Scientific Committee of the Ben-Gurion University of the Neguev, of Israel.
