Next up in our series, Fernanda Sarmento will be giving a talk on creativity and digital culture. Fernanda is an Education Specialist at Oi Futuro, Oi’s Innovation and Creativity Institute, in Brazil. She works on projects that articulate the use of technologies, creative methodologies, and new languages for the pedagogical strategies of high school students and teachers.

Essayist, poet, author of stories for children, and Portuguese Literature Translator Santiago Kovadloff will be giving an engaging talk on creativity and development in social immobility. With an unwavering focus on continuing education, Santiago graduated in Philosophy from the University of Buenos Aires (Universidad de Buenos Aires, UBA) and holds two honorary doctorates: One from the University of Business and Social Sciences (Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales, UCES), and the other, from the University of Higher Studies in Exact Sciences (Universidad de Altos Estudios en Ciencias Exactas, U.CAECE).
He is an Honorary Professor of the Autonomous University of Madrid (Universidad Autónoma de Madrid) and a member of the Academic and Scientific Committee of the Ben-Gurion University of the Neguev, of Israel.
